Simone Allen is an experienced strategist with career foundation in management consulting in Consumer Products (PwC), and industry experience at Unilever where she held strategic & commercial roles.
She is the former Strategy and M&A Director of the Unilever Prestige Beauty Division, housing iconic brands such as Dermalogica, Paula’s Choice and Tatcha.
Since 2022, she has been freelancing for top-tier businesses including Coca-Cola, Oddbox and Unilever.
Simone is Brazilian-Czech with global perspective having lived in Sao Paulo, Prague, New York, Fontainebleau, Singapore and London. She holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University, a MBA from INSEAD, a masters level diploma in financial strategy from Oxford University. She recently completed the “AI for Business” course at MIT.
